I am just starting in this fascinating leather crafting world and I have found the information you provide in this video very helpful. I am looking for a knife and I am seeing that the Palosanto knife sure looks like a nice one to have. I would like to know, though, how good the edge retention is in that particular knife. Do you have to sharpen it frequently or does it have excellent edge retention? Any information would definitely be very much appreciated.
